LAHORE: Federal Minister for Railways Khawaja Saad Rafique on Tuesday categorically stated that Pakistan Awami Tehreek chief Dr. Tahirul Qadri will not be allowed to continue with his 'Azadi march' at any cost, ARY News reported.
