RAWALPINDI: Afghan Ambassador Omer Zakhilwal Friday called on Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Raheel Sharif and discussed issues relating to bilateral ties with a particular reference to border management, according to the Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR).
